Corona, CA – March, 3 2026 – RKL Technologies has officially entered an exciting new chapter, with majority ownership transitioning to longtime leaders Kip Sullivan and Torry Lamp — both U.S. Army veterans who bring a unique combination of technical expertise, operational discipline, and mission-driven leadership to the company’s future.
The ownership transition comes from RKL co-founder Roy Hornstein, who helped build RKL into a trusted precision manufacturing partner serving aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers worldwide.
For Lamp and Sullivan, this milestone represents far more than a business transaction.
The two met during Army basic training and later deployed together overseas. After returning home, they pursued careers in manufacturing and engineering, eventually joining RKL Technologies, where they have spent years helping scale operations, strengthen customer relationships, and modernize internal processes.
Now, as majority owners, they have formalized RKL’s status as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) while continuing the company’s long-standing commitment to quality, responsiveness, and precision.
